A massage that listens to your body to create ease through every muscle, bone and cellBook a treatment
Touch to me is sacred. Long before I trained professionally I used to love massaging my friend’s neck and shoulders as I always loved tuning into each body and listening to what it needed. And that feeling has never changed. I believe that our bodies are in constant communication with us and massage is an amazing way to understand what is it that your body wishes you to know.
My holistic massages focus on exactly what you need. Sometimes you’ll know exactly what that is – it could be a stubborn knot in your shoulder, pain in your lower back or ongoing tension headaches. And other times you won’t know – it may be a sense of ill-ease, something feeling off or worry and anxiety that you can’t explain. Whatever it is, however you are feeling – holistic massage can really help.
At the beginning of each session, we look at how you are feeling and what it is that you wish to focus upon. As there is no fixed routine this is led by your body and guided by your feelings. Each massage will always honour the moon and seasonal influences and if you book a 90 minute session or two hour we can include different techniques to work that enhance the natural energy whether that is ssential oils, guided meditation or astrological insight.
If you’re unsure of what you want, I’d suggest a 90 minute holistic massage. This is by far my most popular treatment and if you wish, can include astrology, reiki or reflexologyBook a treatment
Holistic massages can be 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes.
“For the past 20 years I have been to different massage and reflexology therapists throughout the world and from my experience I know what is good. I can say without hesitation that Prue’s treatments are first class if not world class. Every minute spent with her is like someone pressing the release button on life’s pressure valve. She’s relieved so many ailments for me from post-natal depression to post marathon injuries. God only know where I’d be without her.”
